The SAT II Biology Subject Test is used as an effective tool by students who aim at starting a career in the medical field. Colleges and universities to a large extent depend on the scores of this sat test while selecting candidates from a huge pool of applicants. Therefore, students with deep knowledge and interests for Biology should take the test to demonstrate their skills and strengths in the subject. Students must follow a strict systematic regime in practicing the test as many times as possible to ensure a score of 600 or more.

Score Range: 500-550

If a student consistently scores between 500-550 during the mock tests, then he must spend another 20 hours on preparation.

Score Range: 650-750

This is a good score that can be sent across for applications as it demonstrates the proficiency of the candidate in the subject. To achieve this near perfect score, students must practice Barron’s SAT II Biology E/M guide in addition to Princeton Review.

Above 750

Once a student succeeds in scoring above 750 during mock tests, the review sessions should focus on discussing the careless mistakes made in the simulation tests and on one last quick prep using Campbell Biology.
