What’s the cost of AP exams in Dubai, and are there any waivers?

The cost of an AP exam in Dubai for 2026 is approximately $129 USD (around 475 AED) per exam, but the final price can be higher due to additional administrative fees charged by individual test centers. Fee waivers are available from the Option Training Institute for eligible students.

In addition to the standard AP exam fee, some schools may charge administrative fees for services such as registration, exam coordination, or invigilation. These additional charges are determined by the individual test centre and are separate from the College Board’s published exam fee.

Fee waivers may be available for eligible students through the College Board and participating AP schools or test centres, subject to their policies and eligibility requirements. If you believe you qualify for financial assistance, you should contact the AP coordinator at your chosen test centre as early as possible to learn about the available options and required documentation.
